 First Aid/CPR Training

Safety First Training and Support Services is a leading provider in work place Health and Safety and Consulting Services for over 25 years, to all types of industries regardless of size. Safety First Training and Support Services, our clients are from the transportation - distribution, industrial construction and medical sector. 

We will travel to your place of business such as Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Ottawa, London, Kitchener, Windsor, Cornwall, Sudbury and all Ontario and Canada.

First Aid is everyone's responsibility 

Training in First Aid prepares an individual to react confidently and without hesitation in either a life-threatening situation or a minor accident; at home, in the workplace, and / or at play. Accidents and injuries can happen anywhere and at any time. Being prepared to face these situations is of great importance.  

First aid training enables you to deal with injuries and medical emergencies at home, work or play, while CPR Training provides you with the skills needed to save a life. 

Safety First Training and Support Services is a leading provider in Workplace Health and Safety including First Aid and Fit Testing. Safety First Training and Support Services makes First Aid a fun filled learning experience while delivering the highest quality of instruction. We take pride in delivering our safety training courses and believe in the material and information we provide. All of our programs meet or exceed CSA standards and are WSIB approved.  

Our instructors are experienced, thorough, and knowledgeable; you can expect accurate and informative instruction. You will learn what happens during an emergency, and how to deal with traumatic situations and medical emergencies.  

What will you learn in each program: 

Basic First Aid: contacting emergency medical responder, assisting someone who’s choking and the treatment of minor injuries.  

Emergency First Aid: offers general knowledge of first aid and emergency treatment of injuries. Assessment of, and responding to, an emergency situation, CPR, choking, respiratory, circulatory emergencies and heart attack are covered in this program. Participants learn to deal with external bleeding and much more.  

Standard First Aid: offers a full in-depth training of first aid and CPR. This program is for individuals who want an in depth understanding of first aid and CPR. Participants learn about legal matters, various medical conditions including: spinal, injuries involving heat or cold, broken bones and joint injuries, abdominal and chest injuries, burns, and other emergency medical situations.

We offer First Aid and CPR Training for everyone. Minimum class size of 1 - 4 participants required. Call for details 905 672 3600.
